Our responsibility to the environment goes beyond the land we cultivate – it lies with the community too. One wouldn’t exist without the other and so we constantly strive to create a harmonious environment between the land and ourselves. We calculate our environmental impact, ensuring that our irrigation systems use only what is needed for the vines and nothing more. Our solar panels ensure that we are not over-reliant on the national grid since power in the Aussenkehr Valley is limited. Every step of our process from the vine to the table is carefully monitored, ensuring that best practices are implemented across the board.
